Application Process
1) Connect
We are excited to meet you in person at Huckleberry Montessori to start the enrollment process. During our meeting, we’ll tour the school, exchange questions, and discuss any topic that will help determine if Huckleberry Montessori is a good fit for the student and family. Initial meetings are done without children in order to provide the greatest opportunity for discussion.
2) Apply
Submit an application with the non-refundable $50 application fee.
3) Enroll
If space is available you will be invited to enroll and will need to reserve your childs spot by returning the School Contract and a non-refundable deposit of the first months tuition within one week. Factors such as age, gender and many others go into building and balancing a classroom. Huckleberry Montessori strives to provide an authentic Montessori experience with a balanced mixed-age grouping and diverse abilities.
In making admissions decisions, we give preference to families whose goals and intentions for their children align with the Montessori philosophy and who embrace the long-term value of a Montessori education.
If you are looking to “reserve” a place for your child in the future, applicants will be added to the wait pool.
4) ATTEND
All enrollment forms must be returned prior to your child’s first day in attendance along with an annual $150 supply fee. A list of personal items your child will need for school, our procedure for drop off and pick up, dates for special events, and useful information on getting started will be emailed prior to your child's start date.
